Since the Oksenholt Companies were established, Jon has worked hard to assemble the high-caliber team we have today and is dedicated to maintaining a culture where clients and quality always come first. Although, Jon has not been involved in the day to day operations of the Construction group for several years, he continues to invest in the talent necessary to stay on the cutting edge of development trends. Jon graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business from Walla Walla University and also holds a Law degree from the University of Washington.
Director of Development/GM, Oksenholt Construction
David is a long-time Lincoln County resident who is passionate about real estate development. With 16+ years in the construction field, David has a thorough understanding of both residential and commercial construction. Most recently David served as the Oregon Coast General Manager of a large multi-state construction Company. Prior to that David served as facilities manager for the largest shopping center on the Oregon Coast. As facilities manager, he was responsible for oversight of all facilities and capital improvement projects. In addition, David was the construction and maintenance Director for a large senior housing company. In his current role, David is responsible for all aspects of construction and business operations. David has been instrumental in transitioning the Construction division from a regional builder to a larger development and service company.
Everyone that works with David appreciates his positive approach, impeccable communication skills and attention to detail. David’s diverse experience building for the coastal environment makes him uniquely qualified to ensure that the team brings all projects in on budget and on schedule. David is a registered financial services representative and licensed Oregon Realtor. David graduated from Oregon State University with degrees in Business Administration and Multimedia. In his spare time David enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, investing in real estate and exploring the outdoors.
Maintenance Lead, Oksenholt Construction
Throughout his 20+ years in the construction maintenance industry, Angel has built a reputation as a dedicated, meticulous and efficient maintenance technician. His organizational skills serve his oversight of multiple projects with exceptional workmanship under demanding schedules. Over his life in construction, Angel has learned every aspect of maintenance including painting, drywall, finish carpentry, siding and rough framing. Angel is also a master of organizing competing projects and defining project priorities. In his spare time, Angel enjoys spending time with his family.
Service Division Coordinator and Team Lead, Oksenholt Construction
David B’s organizational skills serve his oversight of multiple projects with exceptional workmanship under demanding schedules. As service coordinator, David B is responsible for overseeing scheduling and quality control for all Oksenholt Construction service projects. He is also the company’s LRRP Certificate holder, which is required for renovations of homes built on or before 1978. Our clients appreciate his organization, knowledge, professionalism and eye for detail. In his spare time David B enjoys surfing.
Controller, Oksenholt Construction
Cherie joined the Oksenholt team in 2009. Cherie has 25 years of experience with all aspects of accounting and is responsible for financial controls and monitoring of Oksenholt Asset Management and its affiliated entities. For 19 years Cherie has served in various accounting roles for senior housing companies, most recently as Accounting Supervisor/Assistant Controller.
Billing Coordinator, Oksenholt Construction
As the Billing Coordinator, Lindsey coordinates all billing operations. She graduated from Walla Walla University and worked in medical records billing before coming to OCC, where clients appreciate her prompt responses and careful tracking of all bills.
